The lineage
Hector spent three decades reading charts by hand, for thousands of people, refining a way of interpretation that treated the chart as a living thing, not a lookup table. He did not write an algorithm. He developed a craft, and he taught it the only way a craft is taught: directly, over years, to someone willing to learn it properly.
Victor did not learn astrology from books or forums. He learned it from Hector, in person, as a direct student, absorbing not just the rules but the judgment, the order of operations, the way you weigh one placement against another.
