Access will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5.3 Refunds

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Free access and limitations

ERA may offer limited free access (such as a limited number of messages).

We reserve the right to modify or remove free access at any time.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, software, and AI outputs provided by ERA are owned by Totem Labs Forge, LLC or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Resell
  • Redistribute
  • Reverse engineer

without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

ERA is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of interpretations
  • Availability at all times
  • That results will meet expectations

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Totem Labs Forge, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Decisions made based on ERA content
  • Emotional, personal, or financial outcomes
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of ERA is at your own discretion and responsibility.
