01Who we are

ERA is an AI astrologer operated by Totem Labs Forge, LLC ("we", "us"). ERA is built on a transmitted interpretive method, refined over thirty years and passed from master astrologer Hector Garcia to founder Victor Garcia to ERA. This policy explains what we collect when you use ERA and what we do with it.

This is placeholder legal copy for the template layout. Final wording will be prepared with counsel before launch.

02Data we collect

We collect only what ERA needs to read your chart and hold a conversation:

• ✦Birth data you enter: date, and optionally time and place
• ✦Your messages to ERA and the readings it returns
• ✦Account basics if you create one: email and authentication tokens
• ✦Standard technical logs: device, browser, and approximate region

03How we use it

Your data is used to calculate your natal and progressed charts, to let ERA reason through the transmitted method, and to keep the memory that makes each reading build on the last. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private conversations to train third-party models.

04Your birth data

Birth data is sensitive, and we treat it that way. It is used to cast your chart and is never shown to other users unless you explicitly share a reading. You can edit or remove it at any time in Settings, which recalculates or clears the chart it produced.

05Sharing

We share data only with the processors that run the product, for example payment handling and hosting. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. When you share a reading by link, only the content you chose to share becomes visible to that link's recipient.

06Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can delete your account and all associated readings at any time from Settings, and you can write to us to exercise any other right.

07Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your chart, readings, and conversation history are permanently removed, subject to any limited records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
