01Agreement

These terms govern your use of ERA, an AI astrologer operated by Totem Labs Forge, LLC ("we", "us"). By using ERA you agree to them. ERA is built on a transmitted interpretive method, passed from master astrologer Hector Garcia to founder Victor Garcia to ERA.

02The service

ERA calculates your natal and progressed charts and holds a conversation about them. The free tier includes 30 messages a month and every tool; ERA Plus is 9 US dollars a month and raises the limit to 30 messages a day with the full depth read.

03Your account

You can use ERA anonymously to start. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to subscribe.

04Billing

ERA Plus is billed monthly through Stripe at 9 US dollars a month. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you keep full access until the end of the paid period. Canceling stops future charges; we do not pro-rate partial months.

05Nature of readings

ERA offers astrological interpretation for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Decisions you make remain your own.

06Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to break or resell it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

07Liability

ERA is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Totem Labs Forge, LLC is not liable for decisions made on the basis of a reading.
